Delivery & Returns
As many of our products are customized, we cannot accept the return of personalized items. However, we aim to please, so if you are not satisfied with your product or there is the rare instance of a defect please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work with you to rectify the situation as soon as possible.
When should I expect to receive my order?
Once you have checked out and confirmed your order you will receive an email with a PDF proof from us within 24 hours. After we have received your proof approval you should receive your product within 7 – 10 business days. We will keep you updated on the status of your order. Should you require a rush order for a special event please notify us as soon as possible at email@example.com.
What happens if my order is incorrect?
First off, we are extremely sorry! Please contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work with you to get it sorted on the double.
Can you process rush orders?
Orders are often time sensitive and we will do our best to get you that gift or invitation with time to spare. Should you need to receive an order by a certain date beyond the time frame stated at checkout, please contact us at email@example.com and we will work to accommodate your needs. Please note there will be an additional shipping charge and potentially a rush print fee for express orders.
Can you accommodate custom details by request?
We have a passion for paper. Its not really an obsession though, borderline. We also really feel like when you receive a special card or invitation in the mail, it makes it that much more special. It’s a reflection of the senders personality, that they chose that card to represent something or someone. We hope that you find the card that suits YOU on our site, and if not, please let us know a bit more about what you are looking for and we’ll see what we can do

What is the Shipping cost and timeframe for delivery?
We use Purolator and Canada Post to ship within Canada, the United States and International. Our website automatically calculates your shipping costs based on where you are located. Should you require expedited shipping, please contact us directly and we will work with you to ensure timely delivery. Typically our printing process is complete between 5 – 8 business days depending on the complexity of the order and design and your order will ship within 2 business days.
What paper options and printing techniques are available?
We offer two paper stock varieties depending on your paper needs—110 lbs and 130 lbs. All notecards are 5.47” x 4.21” flat and invitations are 4.61” x 7.17” flat. Our printers use the best quality digital and offset printers. We work to match our selected Pantone colours using a double-sided CMYK printing process.
What are my envelope options?
All orders will come with a complimentary standard soft white square flap envelope. Should you want a coloured envelope please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
